Welcome to SIS Transportation LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our transportation services, including any services provided through our website, mobile communication, or direct booking.
By hiring or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
SIS Transportation LLC specializes in:

Automobile Transport – Door-to-door and terminal car hauling.

Heavy Equipment & Freight Transport – Moving large, heavy, or bulky items for businesses or individuals.

Commercial Logistics – Contract-based hauling for dealerships, rental agencies, auctions, and logistics firms.
We transport goods using our own fleet of commercial trucks and trailers and adhere to all federal and state regulations.
2. Service Areas
We operate within United States and offer both local and long-haul transport. Service area coverage may change based on seasonal availability, route demand, or weather-related issues.
3. Scheduling & Bookings

All transport requests must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Bookings are subject to truck availability and route efficiency.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel transport due to mechanical issues, road conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Rates & Payments

Rates are based on distance, cargo type, weight, and size, and any special handling requirements.

A written estimate or invoice will be provided before services begin.

Full payment is due as outlined in the invoice (either before delivery or upon delivery, based on agreement).
5. Cargo Handling & Liability
5.1. Loading & Unloading

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and legal access for our trucks at pickup and delivery locations.

Items must be secure, drained of fluids if required, and in transport-ready condition unless otherwise arranged.
5.2. Damage or Loss
-
We carry cargo insurance and liability coverage as required by law.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items left inside vehicles, or damage due to acts of nature (e.g., hail, floods, earthquakes).

Claims must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photos and documentation.
6. Cancellations & Delays

Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup incur no penalty.

Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee (up to 25% of the quoted rate).

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or regulatory inspections.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure cargo is properly documented and ready for transport.

Provide accurate addresses and contact persons at both pickup and delivery sites.

Ensure permits or escorts are available if transporting oversize or restricted loads.
8. Prohibited Items
The following may not be transported under any circumstances:

Illegal substances or contraband

Firearms, ammunition, or explosives

Hazardous materials unless pre-approved and properly documented

Live animals
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIS Transportation LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

Breach of this agreement

Misrepresentation of cargo

Improper loading or declaration
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in [Your County, State].

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
